WARM VS. COOL
What each is good for
WARM IS GOOD FOR
- Dry eyes, as warmth may help loosen the oils in the eyelid glands that keep the eyes moist
- Tired, strained eyes after a long day at a screen
- Irritated or inflamed eyelids
- Tension, headaches, colds and sinus problems
COOL IS GOOD FOR
- Puffy eyes and swelling around the eyes
- Irritation from allergies
- Tired eyes and eye fatigue
- Mild dryness and irritation
- Tension and headaches
GOOD TO KNOW
Use the mask on closed eyes only. Heat the insert according to the instructions so that it is warm and not hot, as the skin around the eyes is thin and sensitive. If you have had eye or facial surgery, please follow your surgeon’s advice before using the mask. If your symptoms persist, consult a doctor or optician.

Considered in every detail
The inner pocket holds the hot and cold gel bead insert, so the mask can be used for both cool and warm treatment. Silk lies between the insert and your skin.
