We ship internationally to almost all countries.

GLS or TNT/Fedex for all orders within the EU.
For orders outside the EU, we find the best suitable courier service.
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
When you place a special order, please note that it may take longer than usual for delivery.
Rest assured, we will keep you informed via mail about the delivery time.
All orders in the EU are typically shipped using Standard Shipping - please allow up to 6 working days for your order to arrive. For Express Shipping, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to arrive. For orders outside the EU, we only use Express Shipping - please allow up to 4 working days for your order to arrive - depending on the destination and courier company/service.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Standard Shipping (3-5 days) is complimentary (free) for orders that meet these price points:
- Denmark = orders above DKK 600,-
- Sweden = orders above SEK 1.000,-
- Norway = orders above NOK 1.000,-
- EU = orders above € 80,-
- UK = orders above £ 130,-
- US = orders above $ 150,-
- Rest of the world = orders above € 150,-
We offer Express Shipping (1-3 days) for an additional fee, which varies depending on your location. You will be able to see the cost of this service when you check out.
Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to local authority import taxes and customs duties. If these charges apply to you, the courier company may contact you by telephone once your shipment has reached customs to let you know the cost of the duty. Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import charges and have the garments returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you any additional costs incurred for the garments return, including return shipping charges and customs handling fees.
As duties and taxes vary from country to country and are dictated by your local government, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with an estimated cost.
You have 30 days from delivery to notify order@opsundbay.com that you wish to make a return. Returns will only be accepted if the items are received unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags attached and in place. A quick try-on is completely OK to ensure the fit or look is right.

To start a Return or Exchange, email orders@opsundbay.com to notify us that you are sending items back for return/exchange. Then, pack up the not-quite-right items along with the filled-out packing slip.
We are unable to provide return shipping labels for returns outside of the EU, and therefore, return shipping costs outside of the EU are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using a service with tracking so we can have eyes on where your returns are. Please note on the Commercial Invoice that these items are being returned to the Vendor and use each item's listed price as its value. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email with the status of your refund and/or exchange.

Digital Gift Card or Exchange? If you exchange, what would you like?
Exchanges will be sent out as soon as the original items arrive. If you are still deciding what you want to try next, we can also email you a digital gift card for the original amount paid for your gift.
Refunds and Exchanges are typically processed 3-4 days after we receive the return. Once your return has been checked in, give 2-3 business days for refunds to be credited to your account and 1-2 business days for our team to pack and ship any exchanges, inventory permitting. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email with the status of your refund and/or exchange.
To return a faulty garment, please email order@opsundbay.com for approval.
Please enclose your original order number and a return address with the faulty item and return it to the OPSUNDBAY address below. Once received, our QC team will assess the damage, and where possible, the item will be repaired. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the repair to be carried out. When complete, we'll return your item to the address provided. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an item is repairable until it has been assessed.
